Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Forms2sheet (the “Service”), operated by Forms2sheet (“we”, “us”). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Forms2sheet provides a lightweight API that accepts form submissions and writes them to Google Sheets you authorize. Features may include domain allowlists, CAPTCHA verification, webhooks, and usage analytics.

2. Accounts

You authenticate with Google Sign-In. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping Google OAuth grants accurate. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).

3. Plans and payment

Access requires an active paid subscription, free trial, or redeemed lifetime license. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no payment method required. After the trial ends, you must subscribe (billed annually) or redeem a lifetime license to keep using the Service. When a trial ends or a subscription is cancelled, put on hold, or expires, product access (including accepting submissions on your forms) may stop until access is restored.

4. Google permissions

To write to your spreadsheets and store form file uploads, we request Google Drive per-file access (`drive.file`) for sheets you select and folders/files this app creates. You may revoke access at any time in your Google Account settings. Revoking access will prevent new writes.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to spam, harass, distribute malware, violate laws, scrape or attack third-party systems, or circumvent rate limits. We may suspend accounts that abuse fair-use limits or endanger the platform.

6. Customer data

Submission payloads are processed to deliver them to your Google Sheet and related features (webhooks, analytics). You retain ownership of your form content and sheet data. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from end users who submit forms.

7. AppSumo and lifetime deals

If you purchase via AppSumo or a similar marketplace, redeem your code in the Service to activate lifetime access. Lifetime entitlements match the annual plan’s features. Offer-specific marketplace terms may also apply. Fair-use limits still apply.

8. Availability and changes

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Google Sheets API outages or quota exhaustion may delay or fail writes. We may modify features with reasonable notice when practical.

9. Disclaimers and liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING).

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations or risk to the platform. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
