Fair Usage Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

Forms2sheet offers unlimited forms and fair-use unlimited submissions. This policy explains what “fair use” means and how we prevent abuse.

Unlimited forms

You may create as many forms as you reasonably need for your projects. Forms that are unused spam shells or automated mass-creation may be removed.

Unlimited submissions under fair use

There is no hard product cap designed for normal SaaS, marketing, or internal forms. Sustained extreme volume that degrades shared infrastructure or Google quotas may be throttled. Soft daily ceilings (for example ~10,000 submissions/day per account) help protect the platform; contact us if you need higher throughput.

Abuse prevention

  • Domain allowlists and CAPTCHA are strongly recommended
  • We monitor anomalous spikes and repeated failures
  • Malicious or illegal payloads may result in suspension

Rate limiting

Endpoints are rate limited per form and IP (and globally per form) to stop floods. Exceeding limits returns HTTP 429. Retries with backoff are recommended.

Prohibited usage

  • Spam, phishing, or unsolicited messaging pipelines
  • Load testing against production without notice
  • Circumventing security controls or scraping the Service
  • Storing illegal content via submissions
